You will receive an email when you purchase Smart Luggage with a link to activate your account and details on how to register your flight(s). Alternatively you can register or login using the link below. If you do not register cover is not in place and you will not be able to make a claim.
Make a Claim
If you need to make a claim because your checked luggage has not arrived as expected, inform the customer services desk and obtain a proof of loss receipt with a PIR number. You will then need to login using the link below and click 'Report Lost Luggage'.
